Cheaper Chipotle (Mexican Salad)

Ever since I tried Chipotle for the first time last week, I've been craving it nonstop.  But those $8 salads can definitely add up.  Luckily, this meal is an easy one to make at the office with just a little bit of prep work the night before.


Prep:
Microwavable Chik'n burger/Veggie burger/cooked chicken (or use pre-cooked chicken strips of any sort)
Bagged salad (1 serving)
in a 1 cup tupperware container, 1 serving each frozen corn and onions
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup black beans (can be mixed with salsa to conserve containers
optional: single serving of guacamole

At work: mix everything but salad, microwave, throw on top of lettuce, and enjoy!
